A lot of people have had questions about how this will work and affect their purchases. Our first and key restriction of this policy is that the phone must have been available for more than 3 months. That does not mean it should have been available at bytes but rather at any retail store in the world. Do not worry we will soon reduce this time period.
Once you place an order your 7 days will start from the day your phone ships out from our warehouse. So basically the guarantee goes into effect the day your order is marked as shipped. This is important to keep in mind as when requesting a price drop claim.
To claim your price drop credit you can simply call us and we will give you a store credit of the difference to use on future purchases.
