1. Please turn your iPhone and chevalier to mute mode.
2. Align the mute key then place your iPhone into chevalier case.
Disassembly option 1: bottom disassembly
1. Turn iPhone upside down. Hold 4 fingers on the topside with the power button and your thumb on the charging port as the illustration shows.
2. Slide out the iPhone by pulling the speaker side of chevalier removing it carefully.
Disassembly option 2: sidewise disassembly
1. Turn iPhone upside down. Place your thumb on point A as the illustration shows.
2. Push chevalier with your thumb starting from point A downwards.
3. With your other hand, push out point B and remove the iPhone from chevalier.
